The cause was that high-frequency noise generated by the inverter pump was affecting the data from the flow meter. Our company installed a noise-cutting transformer on the power supply line of the inverter pump and applied electromagnetic shielding to each cable, preventing high-frequency noise from propagating into the surrounding space. The thermal spraying machine used by Company A, a metal processing company, had repeatedly experienced failures due to issues with its internal control board. We requested the manufacturer to investigate the cause of the failures and implement measures to prevent recurrence, but similar failures had not occurred overseas, and the exact cause remained unclear. Our company investigated whether there were any sources of high-frequency noise within Company A's factory.
